Character Logs Character logs can be useful things. If you’re confused on the prospect still, then you can always check the rules where there’s a whole section focused on explaining the point of these things. I would highly advise you make a log, but it’s not something that’s compulsory if you don’t want to! Moderator: Kansas |

The Old Inn Right on the edge of town, a lonely old inn stands, crumbling and faded. Long ago, humans stopped coming here due to an extreme rat infestation, and so now it sits, abandoned and alone. But life still remains here. Dogs live here now, the dusty rooms now their home. Mouldy old chairs still sit around rusted tables, and the whole area is darkened by thick wooden planks covering the windows. However, go upstairs, and you find yourself in almost a different place entirely, where light streams in, the whole place warmed with a pleasant feeling. This is where the innkeepers used to live, and even now there are some musty old beds to sleep on. Humans never come here, so the dogs constructed a pack in the building, where they still remain today. Moderator: Kansas |

The Junkyard Right in the middle of the city, there rests a huge junkyard, where all of the human’s rubbish is thrown away after they’ve finished with it. Even though the stench is terrible, you can usually find some scraps to eat, or a comfy place to sleep. Just be careful, because you never know who’s lurking just behind the corner… Moderator: Kansas |

The Construction Yard The construction yard is quite a hazardous place to venture into, but many dogs do for the thrill of adventure. Lots of building machinery can be found in here, most of it being used by the humans. Large mounds of dirt and mud are piled up in random places around the enclosure, and pipes and pieces of metal can be found everywhere. Pups usually like to come here, but you have to be very careful to avoid getting hurt… Moderator: Kansas |

The Mall The mall is usually bustling with humans, and it’s hard to sneak in here without getting caught. But if you do, then it’s well worth the effort. Shops are found in every direction, and the litterbins dotted around the clean floors are overflowing with food you can scavenge. As long as you don’t get in the way of too many people, then you should be free to explore and see the sights as much as you want. Moderator: Kansas |

Café de Rêves Café de Rêves is a small restaurant at the end of a quiet street, but it is perhaps one of the friendliest places towards dogs in the city. Canines aren’t allowed in the warm building itself, but behind the café there is are some gardens, in which dogs are welcome. Food is left outside for the animals, and even the humans that go there don’t do anything to harm them, usually. Overall, it is a nice safe place to go, and indeed many mothers bring their pups here a lot where they’re sheltered from the rest of the town. Moderator: Kansas |

The Beach The beach is found right on the Western side of town, a large beach runs along the whole length of a road. In winter, it can be a hard place to explore, with raging storms and freezing water, but in summer it’s a small section of paradise. For the most part, it’s empty, as a large beach is not far away where the humans tend to go, but sometimes a person will wander down these sandy shores. Dogs come here to play and relax, so enjoy the friendly atmosphere. Moderator: Kansas |

The Loch In the centre of a huge mountain range, a single loch lies peacefully; it’s waters the coldest and most nourishing around. It is situated in a giant crater, between the giant rocky peaks beside it, and the curious nature of calm around this place has drawn attention. A wolf pack now resides at its shores, living off the bountiful land around it. Trees are dotted around everywhere, right up to the waters edge, at some points, and the prey is needless to say abundant. A large rock juts out over the smooth, glossy surface of the loch at the north edge, from which the current Alpha can easily call a pack meeting, his howls echoing across the lonely mountains that surround his home… Moderator: Kansas |

Hangman's Fields Hangman’s Fields surround the forests and occupy the remaining countryside, and their grassy plains stretch on for miles and miles. Each field is separated by row of bushes, which have overgrown since the farmers long ago abandoned them. On some fields, you can even find some stray horses; although they are skittish and it would probably take a pack of wolves to hunt them down. Canines come here to enjoy the scenery and relax, although sometimes if a fight is taking place it will be brought here due to the large space. Moderator: Kansas |

The Mountains The mountains that surround the wolf pack can be ventured into, but not without risk. There are deadly drops to all sides of the thin, winding paths, and many animals in the past have fallen to their deaths from them. Occasionally, a small cave sits next to the rocky road, where shelter can be taken if the weather worsens, as it often does so high up. Moderator: Kansas |

The Caves A large spine of mountains encircles the countryside, and whilst these themselves are very perilous and dangerous to climb, a large group of caves can be explored at their feet. The large caverns can be entered by anyone who wants to go in them, but few do. Very little light penetrates the darkness, and there are certain places where there is only darkness. No plant life grows inside, and it is a hazardous place to venture into. Who knows what secrets could be hidden inside… Moderator: Kansas |

The Forest A large forest stretches over most of the countryside, tall pine trees disappearing way out of sight overhead. The floor is covered in dead leaves and logs, making it an interesting place to explore for young wolves. When night falls, the whole area gets incredibly dark, and it is advised you don’t come here alone in the late hours… Who knows what could be lurking in the shadows… Moderator: Kansas |

The River A large river flows down from the mountains over the countryside, it’s course going all the way down to the beach if you follow it far enough. Up in the rural areas, the waters are clean and fresh, compared to the polluted areas in the city. Wolves come here to frolic and play in the icy cold waters, and some parts are quite shallow. But there are stretches where the river becomes very deep and the currents grow stronger, and so these patches are best left avoided. Moderator: Kansas |

The Windmill A windmill stands in a lonely field, quiet and safe. The wings of the large arms that jut out the side of the building are old and ragged, the humans abandoning the whole area long ago. Inside, old sacks of grain and wheat are stacked against the walls, old farming tools leaning beside them. Because of the serene nature of this place, canines of all types come here to give birth to their young, and it is the only place where both dogs and wolves usually end up in the same building. They keep their distance, but the joy of new life sometimes eradicates all rivalries between the species. - Mothers give birth here -
